Shampoo was perfect with plastic protection in the neck, helping for the confort too. Very good massage. Haircut with Laura was great, and fun conversation too. more

Molly shampooed my hair, she took her time with me and made me feel very relaxed. Jill is my stylist. She is so sweet. Jill provides excellant customer service as well. She wants you to have a style that your comfortable with. more

First Vist 1/26/2012

I had my first appointment at Sagittarius this week with Lorah. I've heard many great things about her and they were all TRUE. I walked in wanting a fresh and funky hair cut with color and highlights. I was pampered, treated very nice, and given excellent customer service by everyone! I love my new cut and felt Lorah gave me personalized service and really listened to all the details of what I was looking for. She had taken the time to even teach me how to recreate my look at home while offering her own expert advise to spice it up! I've been going to Sagittarius since I've been a little girl. I always have a great experience and come out with a cute/trendy hair cut. Their service is top notch, from their hand treatments/scalp massage, to the cut and styling. I come out feeling like a million bucks everytime. I've been to many salons and I'm so happy that I'm local and can endulge frequently! more

Rushed pampering 1/18/2012

I've always left Sagittarius looking good, but I'm amazed that I can get a good haircut when my stylist rushes as fast as she can. It's definitely not the type of haircut I got at Vidal Sassoon in New York, where they really take their time. I think Sagittarius's intentions are good, but I wish they would slow the pace down a little bit so it's not so obvious that they are trying to "reach a goal" of volume of clients. more

Brandon's 'No fuss-No muss Must-have Haircut 1/16/2012

How do you get a haircut that can go from bed to walking the dog to shower to the movies and dinner to bed again....and still love it? You schedule an appointment with Brandon, sit in his chair, chat up your 'typical day's routine', your 'hair wish list', as well as, your 'in-a-perfect-world-haircut'. Then, you let Brandon do his work. What I got was a haircut that didn't scare me when I tumbled out of bed; that looked short and sassy when I walked the dog; rebounded in my shower, needing no products, hair blower or flat iron when I got out. I got a haircut that made my badly-bleached-by-another-salon-hair look fresh, bold, and stylish. And if all this wasn't enough, I got a haircut my guy could run his whole hand through and it STILL looked good when we stepped into the restaurant. Am I happy? "Hell, yes!" Thanks, Brandon! Pedicure 1/16/2012

The chair, well it's not a chair, it's a bench seat, is very uncomfortable and too high. I'm short, so I have to prop a bunch of pillows behind me to be able to reach the area where the tech needs your foot. The process is routine and quick, so don't expect a relaxing, spa experience. My biggest complaint is when the tech finished my pedicure there was no where for me to sit to let my polish dry before putting my winter boots back on. I had to go out into the cold salon wearing the paper thin flip flops and styrofoam between my toes, boots in hand and wait there. The tech never offered to help in any way. After putting my boots back on, I was then left with the flip flops and toe pieces to discard. Also, no one at the front desk offered to assist, or even check if I wanted to pay for my service. more
