Saw Janelle today for the first time, have been "shopping" around for a stylist since moving from Frederick area. Janelle was not only a great stylist but also a fabulous educator...she talked me through the styling of my cut and the products. I now have found my stylist...no more shopping around!! more

My experience was exceptional. My stylist, Nicole, is always pleasant and attentive. TJ gave a great shoulder massage, realizing my upper back was tense and concentrated on that area. The front desk girls were friendly and helpful. I really felt pampered. Thanks!! more

Megan always takes great care of me and my hair. Everyone at Sagittarius is friendly and courteous. It is obvious that the goal of the staff is to assure that each customer has a relaxing, positive time there, and I can always count on Megan to give me a great hair cut. more

Always a treat 10/13/2011

A definite top notch experience in every respect. Jeremie is a gift - very talented. I finally found someone who knows how to work with color on my blond but graying hair so it looks "natural" again. (Also gives a GREAT scalp massage! My daughter who has long naturally curly/wavy hair had a 1st appointment with Faith on Saturday and although she has been cautious with allowing a stylist to cut and/or layer, it was time for some serious shaping without losing too much length and Faith did a fabulous job for her. She's very happy (whew!) Everyone I come in contact with does a terrific job. more

I had the best experience today! I got my hair cut with Jessica in the new talent centre. She was so good, she did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks perfect. I just had a baby 2 months ago, so I haven't had much "me" time, so being able to relax and know I was in such good hands made the experience that much more enjoyable. I always leave feeling so good about myself. My husband couldn't stop complimenting me all day! more

Unexpected 10/7/2011

I was surprised by how noisy and rushed the atmosphere was in the salon. The edicts prohibiting cell phones and children led me to expect a more serene environment but was instead greeted by multiple loud conversations bouncing around in a large room. I almost felt like I was in a high school cafeteria by the noise level. While I was relatively pleased with my haircut, my stylist was rushed and appeared to be in a bad mood. I want to like the salon, so I'll give it another try. Perhaps it was just an off day. more

Great experience everytime. Front desk girls always greet me with a smile and get me right to my stylist Nicole. As always a great haircut and timely. Why would I ever go anywhere else. Thanks to the whole staff. TOP NOTCH!!! more

Relaxing experience! 9/30/2011

It is amazing to be able to feel relaxed in an atmosphere that should feel like a fishbowl. There are many people constantly moving with the firm purpose of making patrons look and feel good. Each appears to do her job well and look out for others. Phaedra works seamlessly utilizing her tools of the trade to accomplish the look I want using her expertise. I appreciate the smiles because that boosts the mood! more

It brought me to tears! 9/30/2011

My experience at Sagittarius went beyond all my expectations. From the greeting when I entered to the drink offer, shoulder massage, and hand massage. I felt truly pampered and important. My stylist Lori along with Molly made me feel like I was their only client. Lori was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. She performed a total transformation and brought me to tears of joy. I love what she did to my hair. I feel like a new person. So many people have told me I look younger or my complexion looks brighter. It is the hair!!!! Thank you so much. I also learned that the salon will soon carry Smashbox products. A definite plus. Also love your various hair care products. more
