Hello, When I first visited your establishment, many years ago, things were much different. I was treated very differently. Aside a normal hair, which I always received, have seemed to vanish. Mostly the little things. Nothing major. Just the little things, which, as we know, mean the most. I adore the person who cuts my hair. But I have noticed over the years, as she has progressed, in her levels of training, the little things she once did, many years ago, are no longer done. As well has the hair wash station. Even there, things have changed. Once again, just the little things. All of which have resulted in 20 to 25+% tips to just 15% or less. As well, has my infrequent visits. I could go to a Hair cuttery, and get my hair done for over half the cost. However, I like the little things I once received. Now, I no longer received them. At the wash station I used to get a very nice scented scalp massage as well has my hands. Now, I am lucky to get two minutes of a scalp massage. Very disappointing. My hair cut, I used to get my eye brows and ears trimmed. The last several visits, none of those little things were done. Yet I pay $10.00 more and receive less. Well, that is my two cents. I used to invest in Sagitarrius, but had to trim this luxury from my budget when tough times hit. Just recently a new job has allowed me a little wiggle room, so I scheduled an appointment at Sagitarrius. My experience was just as wonderful as I remembered! I booked with Jessica in the New Talent Center, and she was REALLY great. She was congenial and knowledgeable. She gave me the royal treatment which included a hand massage and scalp massage. I could have fallen asleep! My hair looks great-- several people have commented that it is literally the BEST they have ever seen my hair look! Jessica was able to achieve really subtle highlights; I know I can grow them out a little more than usually recommended and they'll still look great. It cost me $110. I am so thrilled with my experience and can assure anyone who is a little tight on money-- it's WORTH it! And don't be shy about investing in the New Talent Center-- they know what they're doing! more
