This is worst law firm in the area. Only thing they are good at is marketing...however only time you will see them work with you is till you pay them for the case and hire them. ...

Scott made me feel so comfortable I instantly knew everything was going to be okay. His staff is excellent. Explained the process to me, I knew what to expect ahead of time. His paralegal was so courteous and helpful. She walked me through every single step. What an impressive office! Thank you so much for everything that your office did for me. Sagaria did a debt consolidation for me which i feel worked out better in the end with a better result than having to file for a 7 yr bankruptcy. more

I was truly in a state of confusion over possibly losing my house to the bank and going into debt to save it before I found an advertisement for Sagaria Law. I was impressed with their business and how I was treated. They took me through the whole process and I was never alone. They followed through and my debt was released. The folks in the San Jose office are really nice and kind and helpful. My initial consult was with Scott Sagaria. He was down to earth yet very professional, friendly and compassionate. You can tell he demands the same in his staff. I highly recommend this law firm if you are exploring the relief of ""going bankrupt. more
