This is worst law firm in the area. Only thing they are good at is marketing...however only time you will see them work with you is till you pay them for the case and hire them. ...

Professional service provided by everyone within the office. Helped me through a tough situation where even tougher decisions needed to be made. You can either take a right or left but I'm confident that with their guidance things will get back to normal. more

I ran into a legal issue and was getting the run around. Since this was my first run in with type of situation I had no idea where to start. Your sanity is worth it 11/4/2011

No so painful experience. Just when you are already living a nightmare this place makes you gain some peace of mind and sanity. Paid way under 3k for ""debt settlement."" I really think that consolidation is the way to go. I was able to avoid bankruptcy and got my affairs in order for a manageable payment each month. Your sanity is worth that. more

Quick appointment 10/17/2011

Used this firm for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing. Got a really quick appointment (same day), and filed within two weeks. Process is now over 90 days later, and couldn't be happier. Just got my discharge in the mail and every was very courteous and professional. Would definitely give 5 stars! more

Hard to get someone on the phone 3/23/2011

I hired Sagaria to complete my bankruptcy. Of course, this is a very stressful time in my life. It is difficult to get someone on the phone or to return my emails. When I call I end up in an endless loop of voicemails (and the music they play while you wait sounds like a radio with very poor reception). more

Everyone at Sagaria was friendly and very helpful. They explained everything in detail so I was clear about the entire process and laid out the plan of action and gave me an exact breakdown of how much everything would cost up front so there wouldn't be any surprises. They came highly recommended by a lawyer from the state attorney's office, and I'm glad! They helped me take care of an otherwise unpleasant ordeal as painlessly as possible.. Good job on Chapter 7 3/21/2011

I hired Sagaria for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They did a good job from start to finish. They helped me sort through all of my paperwork, which was a messd, all over the place. At times it was difficult to get the attention I needed - they are a busy firm with a lot of people, and I wasn't exactly sure who was in charge of my case, which was frustrating. more
