Small organizational problems with tech showing up on the wrong install date, and the wrong order, but all problems quickly rectified with no inconvenience. Hosner, our tech, was courteous, efficient and explained the product well. So far, so good! more

Jamie S was the best tech ever. He was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even offered to install the apps. on my phone and cleaned up after himself. If I have any issues with my system, I hope they send Jamie to fix it!!! more

Anthony did a fine job in finding the root of the problem. He was very courteous and respectful. I do think Safetouch might be over taxing the techs schedule. He did 9 calls including mine today. He arrived at 5:12 and left at 6:18. I was told to expect someone between 3:00 and 5:00. Not that bad except for dinner time. more

Giving 2 stars only because technician (Allen B) was great, otherwise would have been a 1 (at best). I received a call on my way out of town that one of my motion detector batteries needed replacing. Called on Sunday when I returned home after a long weekend of traveling and was on hold for 55 minutes with a loudly beeping alarm going off the whole time. SafeTouch was unable to schedule a technician until Wednesday, no way to suspend/turn off system in the interim. Asked what the battery life is on a motion detector battery since smoke detector batteries last about 5 years. Person on phone confirmed motion detector should be the same. Interesting, since I was a NEW customer only a year ago! So SafeTouch took an already installed system, activated it after getting my credit card information and never bothered to change out my batteries! Seems like that should be part of the new customer checklist???? The motion detector battery had actually corroded, which would have been completely avoided had they bothered to get me up and running with refreshed equipment. Underwhelmed by my entire customer service experience (again, with the exception of the technician, who was a real pro)! more

Our security system needed checking due to the alarm going off for no reason the other day. This is the 1st "glitch" we have experienced in the 4 yrs. of having a contract with Safetouch. We were promptly given an appointment for a service pro to come and check our system. Reginald W.arrived exactly when the appointment was scheduled for. He inspected every contact in our home, checked every battery for each contact, as well as tested the entire system to make certain everything was working properly. He installed new batteries (over 15 of them!) which turned out to be the issue, and then made certain all contacts were functioning. All the while, Reginald was professional, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, systematically explained what he was doing and why, and was consistently pleasant. I was extremely impressed with Reginald's expertise as well as with Safetouch Security Systems' wonderful service. Everything that was done today was free of charge, included in our yearly contract. I am both impressed and very pleased. more
