CANCELLATION POLICY 6/2/2018

BUYER BEWARE! $$$ RIP OFF If you need to cancel your contract early due to moving, sold your home or even going into a assisted living facility SAFETOUCH SECURITY SYSTEMS will not let you out of your contract. They don't offer an early termination fee like most contracts. You must keep paying your monthly monitoring fees even though you no longer live in the house for possibly years or you can full pay all the months left in your contract in advance, just like a bad gym membership. more

Safetouch technician service performance 1/3/2018

Justin (the technician) was knowledgeable, competent and extremely professional. My wife and I consider this technician to be a valuable asset to your company. Safetouch should do all they can to keep and recruit individuals of the aforementioned caliber. Hiring such technicians with similar attributes would make it difficult for other companies to compete against such service. more

Bryan arrived as scheduled, performed installation procedures as required. Successfully tested the equipment and saved us money on the installation of a smoke detector. He was very professional, explained the system to us, assisted setting up the safetouch app. We were very happy with the experience and his professionalism. more

My appointment was scheduled between 10-2 on 11/7/2017. Justin J. showed up well groomed and courteous. He informed me as to which fire alarm is monitored by them. He also replaced the batteries and showed me how to reset it. He was very professional and explained how the system works. He made my day. He's a great team member. more
