Watching a TV segment on dryer’s fires and not knowing what accumulated I was worried about leant build-up in my vent. I called Carl made the appointment. It was very refreshing to have a company come on time, explain the whole process to me and in the end sent me pictures and a description on what was done. Carl is very personable and easy to talk too. He also was so kind to come before my service date since I was home unexpectedly. Thank you Carl! more

Exceptional Service!!! 5/7/2013

Carl exceeded all my expectations. He was punctual, explaining what he was doing as he completed the job. The pictures of what he removed from the dryer vent helped me understand why they can cause house fires. Carl removed both the washer/dryer to get to the vent, CLEANED behind the washer/dryer, balanced the washer when putting them back. My clothes now dry in less time and are less wrinkled. Carl is a "pro" and his work shows it. more

My initial contact was a door hanger, great first impression, esp since no one knocked! I hung onto it for when I would need it. Six months later, I call Carl and he came out free of charge to inspect the dryer area and outside vent. We made an appt over the phone. He showed up early and left on time. He gave me so much information, I felt confident in his work. I have been extremely satisfied with my dryer performance. I would definately recommend his company and services to any one. more

great improvement 4/13/2013

I had only recently learned of dryer duct cleaning. Carl checked everything on the dryer, He then cleaned the vent pipe, about 14 feet long. Carl found some damage to the vent pipe at the roof outlet. He made all the corrections and this is the result. Instead of 3 drying cycles to get a load dry, now it takes 1 cycle. I am recommending this service, and Carl, to everyone I know with long dryer vent pipe, or anyone who wants a efficient, safe dryer more

Able to schedule and communicate via internet/e-mail. Carl showed up right on time and was very thorough in explaining everything he was going to do and also with anything he found pertaining to the dryer and dryer vent. Great Service 10/20/2012

Carl provided information about my unit's decreased air flow, because of normal lint accumulation. After getting the ok, he then cleaned out the duct to the outside and took off the back of the dryer and cleaned the inside of the machine, It was taking at least two+ drying times to get a regular load dry. My dryer works 100% better now. Efficient and personable, I would recommend them to anyone! more
