Carl exceeded all my expectations. He was punctual, explaining what he was doing as he completed the job. The pictures of what he removed from the dryer vent helped me understand why they can cause house fires. Carl removed both the washer/dryer to get to the vent, CLEANED behind the washer/dryer, balanced the washer when putting them back. My clothes now dry in less time and are less wrinkled. Carl is a "pro" and his work shows it.
