Safari Car Wash

Safari is probably the worst car wash in our area. Their general manager is a grumpy old man, who doesn’t want to be there. His poor attitude filters down to the employees, who don’t care about the customer. They never clean my windows properly. Their brushes have scratched my paint. A few years ago, they switched the bonus wash program and left me with many wash credits that they wouldn’t redeem. Nonetheless, there are times when I need a wash and they are close. I generally leave, asking myself, why I subject myself to their incompetence. more

Today at 12 noon I went to veterans BLVD center for a car wash.I didn't read the review before I went there.All workers are Spanish and they are not able to answer any question.I paid 23.95 dollar for car wash and wax of my new Camry which I bought a week ago.After completion of the wash I noticed that there are some scratches on the trunk of the car.I informed this immediately to the workers and an old man came to me.He didn't admit it.The scratches were absolutely new and I tried to explain the matter.His misconduct surprised me.This type of misbehavior from a service station is unacceptable.He was so rude to me.Once he told me he could escort me out of the room.I felt so insult with that misconduct.I asked him if customers have complain where they should complain?He told me you can call police.I was so upset such type of misbehavior which I didn't get from anywhere in my 10 years life in Metairie.I don't recommend this center. more

I went to the car wash on veterans. The manager Donald was very nice and helped me pick out the right car wash. There was some older man, I think they referred to him as Clyde, who kept starring at my wife and daughter. The man gives me the creeps. I don't think I will be going back to that car wash anytime soon. more

There seems to be no desire to help the customers. There is long line with an express lane that is blocked off. After waiting 20 minutes when all I wanted was an express outside wash only. Employees are barely speak any english and have an attitude. The wash job is poor. I will not use them again Cons: poor service, no communication more

this is in regards to Safari in Harahan....Saturday December 1 about 11am I got my first Safari car wash....it was without a doubt the very worst car wash I have ever paid for. the cost was $26 and for that you expect a clean car. the windows were not even cleaned of insect residue. the sides and trunk area were still dirty....I have chrome tail pipes that I had to clean myself....none of the staff spoke english. Finally after I left I realized that in their attempt to clean my inside windshield they stripped my break tag off and threw it away....never never ever will I ever go to another Safari car wash and I implore anyone reading this to not waste their money. oh I forgot the wheel cleaning brush device while it was turning it did not extend so that it touched the tire......these people do not deserve to be in business....I feel like I was robbed.....it was pityful.
