Today at 12 noon I went to veterans BLVD center for a car wash.I didn't read the review before I went there.All workers are Spanish and they are not able to answer any question.I paid 23.95 dollar for car wash and wax of my new Camry which I bought a week ago.After completion of the wash I noticed that there are some scratches on the trunk of the car.I informed this immediately to the workers and an old man came to me.He didn't admit it.The scratches were absolutely new and I tried to explain the matter.His misconduct surprised me.This type of misbehavior from a service station is unacceptable.He was so rude to me.Once he told me he could escort me out of the room.I felt so insult with that misconduct.I asked him if customers have complain where they should complain?He told me you can call police.I was so upset such type of misbehavior which I didn't get from anywhere in my 10 years life in Metairie.I don't recommend this center.
