I got hit by a car while crossing the street, I found Sackstein Sackstein & Lee Law Firm after my accident online and left them a message. The lawyer Mr. Lee called me back immediately, and the paralegal Yinping kept me informed of what I needed to do for months. Ms Yinping is very knowledgeable, very helpful. She made me feel like my sister is around me to care for me. A great law firm, I highly recommend this office to anyone. Thank you again. more

I have been known the Sackstein sackstein & Lee llp law firm since my wife got the car accident 20 years ago and I did like very much the way handled her case by the lawyer Eric Lee with professionalism and respect so when I had my car rear ended accident by an out of state car I was in the emergency room without any information and with the wrong accident report so I contacted to Eric with my case and very funny thing was he didn't look same personof course after 20 years later right ?? Lol !! Anyway he took my case and the whole process was easy and stress free with his paralegal yin ping Jung's assistance whenever I did call so many times with a lot of questions they politely gave me the answers what I wanted to know without any complains and she or he explained every step that had to be taken and were very good at giving me the information about every aspect of the case. I currently got settled and I couldn't be happier about how I had been treated. I especially want to thank Ms. Yin ping Jung and Mr.My Lawyer Eric Lee for all of their support in working to help me through the entire process on my messed-up case !! After my motorcycle accident I highly recommend this law firm. Within 3 months I received compensation for the loss of my motorcycle and with less than 8 months my case was resolved. In addition all my medical cost was covered and all the time that I was off from work was also compensated. Although we had many issues with the motorcycle insurance, all the frustrations and doubts were resolved; thanks to the paralegals help, Mercedes Millones. Mercedes was the front person making sure all my questions were answered, that I had no doubts or concerns. First and foremost, I would like to say that I had a wonderful experience with Sackstein, Sackstein & Lee, LLP. I have never been involved in any legal matters what so ever. So from the time i had contacted them, to when i received my settlement, everything went very smoothly. I was referred to this law firm by a former client. They handled my case with the utmost professionalist. My lawyer was very professional and educated me on the process and explained everything to me accordingly. My paralegal Mercedes Milones was EXCELLENT. She was always in constant communication with me. She always contacted me via phone and email, and updated me on everything. She was a sweet heart and so pleasant to work with. If i ever had any questions or concerns, she would make sure they were addressed immediately. Even at times when i was frustrated with the Insurance company. PleasI highly recommend this Law Firm. I contacted this law firm shortly after my motorcycle accident. They are very professional and have provided me with excellent services, thus far. Mercedes Millones is the paralegal who was guiding me through the whole process and was very patient with my questions and doubts. Even though it was a difficult and complicated case, I was quickly compensated with the total value for the damages of my bike. Although the case is not closed, the law firm does no collect any money until the whole process is finish. I am having an excellent experience with Mrs. Mercedes and this law firm. more

On 03/08/2014 myself and my wife were involved in a motor vehicle accident and were directed to the firm of Sackstein,Sackstein&Lee. While our case is still pending , I would however like to take this opportunity to express my utmost gratitude to Paralegal Mariam Andino on the handling of our legal issues. From my initial contact with Miriam, I immediately develop huge respect for her. She was explicit with her information,as direct as can be. She explained what you would be up against, what to expect and what not to look out for. I can always depend on Miriam to accept my calls or call back if she is busy and any problems that I may have with any paper work or whatever Miriam is right on top of it. Went to Sackstein, Sackstein & Lee due to car accident back in 2012. Eric Lee was the lawyer that represented me. He is very straight forward, told me to not worry about a thing. So true, I did not have to worry about anything! Everything was done for me. Either him or his team of people always followed-up w/ any concerns and/or questions right at that moment or in a really quick timely fashion. I will go back to him if there were anything un-fortunate was to every happen again, hopefully not. more

Back in December 2013 I was involve in an automobile accident. Being my first accident I had to seek legal counsel. I can say that Sackstein, Sacktein & Lee LLP is one of the best law firms. Miriam Andino which is the paralegal in charge of my case is the BEST!. Ms. Andino has been really helpful through this tough situation. As a current client of Sackstein and Sackstein I would just like to take the time to express my gratitude for the way my case has been handled thus far. I have never been involved in any previous matters that have required legal assisstance so I had no idea what to expect. Brilliant NY Injury Attorneys! They are special!! 7/5/2012

Sackstein attorneys are the BEST lawyers ever!!! \r \r I don't think I could ever find myself writing a review for a law firm, but this place is special!! I was involved in a very serious car accident by a girl driving a car and fell asleep at the wheel and hit my car head on. I broke both of my legs in this accident and had multiple surgeries as well. I became disabled after this accident and was unable to work or make any money. My car was totaled out and I knew I needed a lawyer but didn't know of one. My friend recommended this office to me. I called this office on a Saturday and the following day I was meeting with Mr. Sackstein in my home. From that moment, I knew he was incredibly professional, sincere, kind and eager to help me in everyway possible. I felt instantly at ease with him. The entire support staff is also very kind.
