First and foremost, I would like to say that I had a wonderful experience with Sackstein, Sackstein & Lee, LLP.
I have never been involved in any legal matters what so ever. So from the time i had contacted them, to when i received my settlement, everything went very smoothly.
I was referred to this law firm by a former client. They handled my case with the utmost professionalist. My lawyer was very professional and educated me on the process and explained everything to me accordingly.
My paralegal Mercedes Milones was EXCELLENT. She was always in constant communication with me. She always contacted me via phone and email, and updated me on everything. She was a sweet heart and so pleasant to work with. If i ever had any questions or concerns, she would make sure they were addressed immediately.
Even at times when i was frustrated with the Insurance company.
