As a massage virgin, this was an excellent place to break the ice. The ambiance of the temple is wonderful: deep reds color the walls and soundscapes provide a relaxing transport from the stress of the day. My masseuse was Sean. The owner and workers are all very friendly and helpful in explaining the various services they offer. They make you feel welcome and provide a very relaxing atmosphere. I had a combination foot soak and massage. The initial foot soak was so-so. You just sat in the room with your feet in a tub of water- tho it provided time to unwind and relax mentally before starting the massage, I was eager to get into the massage part of the service which was very good. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff makes you feel welcome. They educate you on their products and allow you time to choose the package that's right for you. Once on the table, they do their best to make your experience enjoyable with a great massage! When you leave, they give you a bag of goodies (coupons, chocolate...etc). Sabai Body Temple doesn't simply perform your service; they create a complete experience as soon as you walk in the door. I went there for a couples' massage as my birthday present, and what I received was the highlight of my day. Jessika and Sean were friendly, professional, and their service exceeded my expectations. They explain how the entire session is to progress and what to expect, and in doing so, they demonstrate their level of education and experience. I could tell they wanted me to have fun and relax, but they also cared about improving the quality of my body's health. This was my first professional massage, and it was both relaxing and tailored to my needs. My job keeps me in a chair for most of the day, and Sean took that into consideration when performing my massage. Days later, I still feel great. I didn't realize I was walking around with that level of tension in my back. The staff, the environment, and the experience were all superb. They take the time to do little things that reflect how each and every client deserves their attention, like a handwritten Thank You card after your visit. I'm glad to have found this place because it's the kind of establishment I've been searching for and I can't wait to return to take advantage of the other services they offer! Loved the fact that it's a "renewed" building - used to be apartments? This was my first time to Sabai for a mustard foot soak and massage. The setting is calming, peaceful, quiet, and clean. I really liked the peaceful atmosphere that welcomes you after you go up the stairs. I've been to other places where you just feel like a number, but at Sabai they walk you through exactly what you personally want and tell you what is going to happen. I also liked how they advised me to drink a lot of water because I needed to stay hydrated when my lymph was moving out of my body ... I never knew that! Sabai is cool because they do a asian fusion type massage and spend alot of extra attention on the parts of body that need it. The atmosphere is really cool and I think compared to alot of other places thier prices are pretty reasonable. My wife and I went for my birthday, and it was a great experience. The space was well made up and very calming. It looked like an old flat/apartment. The therapist I got, Jessika (the owner), did a great job. I don't like chit-chat when I get massages, and she got that and responded accordingly. The pressure was perfect. I fell asleep a third of the way into the massage, and woke up really refreshed. My wife loved her massage as well. I highly recommend Sabai. Oooooh la la - the couple's massage was great. My girlfriend had good things to say about her male massage therapist, but I'll let her write her own review. My therapist, Jessika, was excellent. She worked slowly, methodically, and expertly. A calming cup of hot tea served before the session, hot towels applied to face and feet, unusual but effective massage technique that applies prolonged deep pressure followed by moderate kneading, considerate and friendly staff -- all work together to provide a great experience. more

I have had massages before, but this was really different (in a good way!). Im used to the traditional Swedish massages or even the Hot Stone massage, but this was the first time I had ever had an Asian Fusion massage! Josh worked on my back and shoulders for 30 minutes. He put pressure in points around my back, neck, and shoulders. I dont know how his little fingers could be so firm! I literally just sank into the table during the session; I didnt think I would be able to get off the table when he was done! Great atmosphere and great service. I am looking forward to visiting with my fiance for a couples massage in the future! more

Took my girlfriend to Sabai Body Temple for a couple's massage and decided to go with the "Playing Dirty" package. It was super relaxing and totally made our day. It was extremely calming, but really fun/sexy too. We will definitely be going back to Sabai! It's a little pricey for just a casual afternoon, but we recommend it to couples who can afford it and want to have a great time while trying something a little different. This was my first massage and had a really great experience. They went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable the whole time. HIghly recommended! more

All I can say is....Awww. Just walking up the stairs to the entrance you feel yourself relaxing. Once you step in the door the atmosphere is so calming. Then once you meet Josh you feel like royalty, and not just because of the amazing massages. ha I've been to many Massage Therapists and Chiropractors and all of them combined did not make me feel as relaxed, restored, flexible, and just appreciated. This place is awesome!! I have and will continue to recommend this place to any and everyone I know!! (plus being able to listen to something other then the ocean was a plus for me, try the Thunderstom. Super calming!!!) Pros: Ambience - Location - Overall Value Cons: You won't want to leave! I received Bollywood Beauty massage/spa package from my husband for my birthday. I'd never done anything like this before but this was a WONDERFUL experience. It was incredibly relaxing and after the 2 hours i truly felt like i was in a different place. My skin was so smooth and it lasted for days afterwards. They also gave me the extra scrub to take home (I'm told they order the ingredients fresh daily for your visit) which was a nice treat. A great experience! more

I decided that i was going to start treating myself to a monthly massage to help alleviate some tightness in my back. I was looking for an uptown location with friendly staff and of course that gave a great massage. Well, i found all of that with Sabai Body Temple. The ambience of the studio really puts you in a relaxed state. Jessika was my therapist and she is very personable, attentive and makes me feel very comfortable. There are a variety of oils to choose from to suit your needs/wants and after your massage you can take as much time as you need to pull yourself together. There is a nice sitting room to relax in afterwards where Jessika went over how the massage went. She's recommended some easy stretches i could do that may also help with my tightness, which was much appreciated. Overall, my experience at Sabai will keep me coming back. Very friendly, very reasonably priced, knowledgeable and a great massage. more
