My Experience with SOS 2/4/2012

Not much more I can say, than you are the best! I've had a few times that I needed emergency service and like clock work, you were there... one was in the dead of winter and my boiler wasn't turning on... within minutes SOS was there and we slept nice and warmly. Another, was a broken fan blade on my ac unit... though working, it was making loud thumping noises and yes it was about 95 degrees out and again SOS to the rescue! Signed... Great service 2/3/2012

SOS has been my oil supplier for years. They never let me run out of oil and they automatically bill me for their service. I would highly recommend them to others. more

Great!!! 2/1/2012

The day we were leaving for a cruise to the carribean I heard a noise from the circulator on the boiler. I gave the key for my house to my neighbor who let the service man in to make the repair. They did the job and I came home to a warm house. Thank you very much. more

Costly but service is great. 1/23/2012

The payment plans that they have are time consuming to root through and in the end, no matter what plan you take, the cost is too high. The delivery service man is wonderful, although there have been times when we almost ran out of fuel. If they want to really improve the business, show some significant cost reductions in their monthly pay plans. more

I call SOS and get an immediate response. It can be something as simple as a question or a service call. There workers are always courteous on the phone and in person. I would highly recommend them. more

I have utilized SOS for over ten years and appreciate the service. However, when I analyze the price per gallon I pay, I find that there are 4 or 5 companies who charge less. 1/18/2012

The service and technical support has been outstanding, however I find it difficult to justify paying the extra $.30 to $.40 per gallon more than competitive companies. more

Efficient/Very Likeable & Warm Personnel 12/1/2011

SOS is always there for me. If by some fluke I should run out of oil, they're right there. ASAP! They're more than reasonable when it comes to financing. The budget plan is the best and working with them online is efficient and up to the minute. more

Fixes the problem every time we call. 11/9/2011

SOS Xtreme Comfort always comes when they have had to come. Every time we call them, it is usually in the middle of the night or something, and it does take a couple of hours for them to get here, but they do get here, and they fix the problem. more
