Do not purchase a home from SK. We had SK build our home 3.5 years ago. It has been the worst mistake we ever made. The building foreman was rude and told my husband that he wanted to punch him in the face when we changed out mind about something. That should have been the red light warning that told us to turn away and run as fast as we could. Attributing his rudeness to where he was raised we went ahead with building. Nothing was done as we asked and construction had to be stopped numerous times. Forget about having anything repaired according to their warranty. It won't be done as promised. 3.5 years later we are still waiting on things to be repaired, light fixtures that we PAID for, and the foundation to be replaced. I expect out house to fall to the ground any day now. Our life savings was wasted. Run, run, run away from SK as fast as you can! more

SK Builder's offers what most builder's won't in the Greenville area, Flexibility! They allowed me to customize my house from the floor plan to the details and features. That's called customer service!! Can't beat the price and quality which equals a Happy Homeowner!! more

I presently live in the 2nd home that SK Builders have built for me. I am very pleased with everything about the homes they built. The prices are definitely the best I found for the quality of house that they build. I like the way they have let me customize my home with details and features that I wanted. I also like that they are a local family owned builder that stands behind what they build and seem to care about you being totally satisfied with your house. more

Me and my fiance purchased a house from sk builders less than a year ago, BIG MISTAKE. Everything in our house has fallen apart. Walls are cracking from windows down cabinets are warped, real hardwood floors are falling apart, two sinks are leaking. I am very dissatisfied and will never buy another house from sk builders again. When I call to try to get something fixed nobody returns my calls and if they do it takes at least two week, they come back and it looks worse than before! We pay a HOA fee of 120 a month for maintenance free leaving, for the first 7 months of living here nothing was done we didnt get our trash can until two months after living here, sprinklers never came on, we have dead flowers more
