Me and my fiance purchased a house from sk builders less than a year ago, BIG MISTAKE. Everything in our house has fallen apart. Walls are cracking from windows down cabinets are warped, real hardwood floors are falling apart, two sinks are leaking. I am very dissatisfied and will never buy another house from sk builders again. When I call to try to get something fixed nobody returns my calls and if they do it takes at least two week, they come back and it looks worse than before! We pay a HOA fee of 120 a month for maintenance free leaving, for the first 7 months of living here nothing was done we didnt get our trash can until two months after living here, sprinklers never came on, we have dead flowers
