I got an oil change, and had a check engine light checked. I waited while they worked on my car, and was done in less than an hour. Really appreciate S&P checking the check engin...

Worst

Front upper & lower ball joints were changed separately, so TWO large labor charges instead of one combined. Note was made on my invoice to 'recheck' the Hubs on down the road. ...

Outstanding, fast and efficient, affordable care. 12/16/2015

S&P did it again! They changed out the front differential assembly on our 2003 Suburban. I thought it was a whole day job. I dropped it off at 8 and they had it ready by noon! I was pleasantly surprised. And, it was actually a little cheaper than I thought it was going to be! Great job!! Thanks S&P! more

Always outstanding 12/13/2015

S&P continues to provide perfect service at reasonable prices. When provided the opportunity to swap out my air filter (asked the standard "Should we replace the air filter if it needs it?), they informed me upon pick-up that it wasn't needed--this is the first time I have ever had this happen, at businesses tend to try to make a quick buck. I will continue to bring our vehicles here. more

Honest and Quick Service 12/9/2015

I took my minivan to S & P for a standard oil change which they completed in about 30 minutes while I waited. I was also considering getting a coolant flush but the owner Steve was honest with me and said that, unless I started having an issue, my vehicle wouldn't need a coolant flush until around 150,000 miles. I appreciated his honest and professional opinion. I like that they are a veteran and family owned business and bonus that they also give a military discount. more

Thanksgiving headache 12/7/2015

I called them the day before Thanksgiving about the ability to get my 1996 GMC Jimmy in to get some inspections done. They were able to get it in and get me a basic estimate by the end of day and had my complete estimate ready Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday. After approving the work get done, they were able to get my vehicle done in a timely manner and explained everything to me when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Final amount was slightly higher then the estimate but not much, which I always expect to happen. This is the only time I have been to this shop as I just recently moved to Eagle River. I also enjoy the fact they have a website set up that you are able to keep track of your maintenance records online as well as review past work done on your vehicle(s). This is my preferred shop in Eagle River now. more

I go to S&P each time I have a serious problem with my car. I have found them to be efficient, honest, reliable as well as very quick to get the job done. I find them personable, which I appreciate, and I never find "surprises" when the service is done and I get my bill. more

Cannot believe the service provided 11/20/2015

I simply can't believe the level of service you provided. I didn't expect to be "comped" a front differential parts/labor because you failed to trouble shoot the problem with my truck. You said you were going to fix the problem, and you did by replacing the transfer case as well. I've never recieved such service at an auto repair shop, and frankly have never heard of this being done. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for service from here on out. Thank you IJC more

Awesome Reliable Service! 11/16/2015

I've been going to S&P for years. Every time I take a vehicle there I get good, thorough and trustworthy service! And they are fast. I've never had a complaint. If there is a problem with the vehicle or service they take the time to explain it and resolve the issue in a timely fashion. It's nice when you go to a place and really feel good about having dealt with them. That's not too common anymore! Thanks S&P!! more
