I called them the day before Thanksgiving about the ability to get my 1996 GMC Jimmy in to get some inspections done. They were able to get it in and get me a basic estimate by the end of day and had my complete estimate ready Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday. After approving the work get done, they were able to get my vehicle done in a timely manner and explained everything to me when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Final amount was slightly higher then the estimate but not much, which I always expect to happen. This is the only time I have been to this shop as I just recently moved to Eagle River. I also enjoy the fact they have a website set up that you are able to keep track of your maintenance records online as well as review past work done on your vehicle(s). This is my preferred shop in Eagle River now.
