I got an oil change, and had a check engine light checked. I waited while they worked on my car, and was done in less than an hour. Really appreciate S&P checking the check engin...

Worst

Front upper & lower ball joints were changed separately, so TWO large labor charges instead of one combined. Note was made on my invoice to 'recheck' the Hubs on down the road. ...

Vintage Lexus LS 400 oil change 9/12/2015

Thanks for take Ngen a walk in, graciously using my oil, finding a horrible air filter situation and several tail lights out! Coffee and conversation was great and the price was right! I will be back! more

S&P was friendly, effecient and did a great job on my car. They listened to what I was saying and corrected the problems I wanted addressed. The mechanic called me after diagnosing the problem and did not do any work without my approval. more

The owner is wonderful! His mechanics are average. 9/4/2015

The owner was fantastic. He talked me through some fuse issues over the phone and it didn't work, he DROVE TO MY HOUSE and checked my car out for free. Such a nice man. Once I ended up bringing my car in, his mechanics dawdled around and once they ordered my part, the other party forgot to mail it for a week. I called repeatedly asking about my car and questioning them about a tracking number and they did nothing. Wouldn't even humor me by calling the place. The work was done well, once they got the part, but I was without my car for two weeks for no reason. I wish I could give the owner five stars and his mechanics 3, but I'll compromise with 4. more

Excellent service!!!! 9/4/2015

My engine light started flashing so I pulled in to get it checked out. It was right before they closed for the day. They told me they could look at it in the morning and I had the truck fixed the following day! more

I have been going to S&P since I got my license (about 8 years) and have always had excellent service with them. I like that I get accurate estimates and work done right the first time. They work with my schedule and give me updates on my vehicle too. more

Great people, great service! 8/27/2015

I called on a whim to get my headlight bulbs installed and one of my headlights adjusted correctly. My shoulder requires surgery and I couldn't perform the task due to the injury. They performed the work while I waited and were done in less than half an hour. Great company. more

missed the problem 8/25/2015

brought in for shaking, balanced wheels. Left shop vehicle was still shaking found out it was a engine mount broke also found a crack in the u joint on drive shaft. Glad I didn't make the 200 mile trip without rechecking. Could have been bad. But have had good luck with these guys in the past. more

Reliable, Great and Fast service 8/19/2015

As always the folks at S&P Certified Car Care have done a great job at repairing our car. They are very courteous and always do a great job conducting repairs regardless which vehicle I bring in. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their vehicle repaired right the first time. more
