Beware 10/5/2019

I had S&D Plumbing come out to my home because of some corrosion on a pipe fitting connected to my water heater. Two technicians showed up and after looking at the issue they both said I need a new water heater and quoted me $2500 to do so. My water heater is four years old so it seemed odd to me that you would have to replace the entire water heater because of one corroded fitting so I said I wanted another opinion. The same day another company came out and in two hours replaced the corroded pipe fitting and charged me $250. I don’t know why S&D Plumbing thought that they could take advantage of me but my gut said something wasn’t right and thankfully I called for a second opinion. We count on professionals to be honest with you when they come to your home and that is not what I got from S & D Plumbing. If you decide to have them out to your home get a second opinion because they are all about replacing entire water heaters when all it needed was $100 in parts and a little labor they just didn’t want to tell me about that option because they wanted the $2500 to replace everything. more

Another Great S&D Tech. 7/16/2018

The S&D Techs I've had have all been fantastic in all areas of customer service/satisfaction and technical performance. Today that continued and I have an angel to add to my list! AWESOME = Customer comes first .... 6/22/2018

The plumbing man was great. He did the work in a profesional manner, worked deligent and would be someone I would be happy to use again. (Sorry but I cannot find his card). He had to cut into the wall to do the repair work. ( I was, of course not wanting him to cut into the wall). He advised me that they have an employee that can do the sheet rock repair.) Angel, the sheet rock man, was totally awesome too. He came out today to give me a bid ... and of course I was surpirsed at the way the pricing has gone up ... but gave the office a go ahead on the job. He will come next week and start the work. It will take two days so will see him Monday and Tuesday. God bless this company. Their ethics are awesome. S. R. Loken more

Great service from Angel from S&D Plumbing to repair a hole cut in our inside wall to reinforce a water pipe. He was polite, cleaned up, and did great work. Also thumbs up for the young man who came the day before who I assume was from the same firm. He also did a great job but did not get his name. more

Very competent and friendly staff and plumbers. Cody and Dylan explained the process of the repair and did a thorough and professional job. Office staff, Amanda, was cheerful and patiently answered all of my questions. I will highly recommend S&D Plumbing to friends and neighbors. more

Outstanding Service 3/5/2018

They came within an hour, gave me an estimate and immediately replaced the faucet. They did an excellent job, was extremely friendly and removed the other defective device from the hose. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. more

S & D Plumbing and Keith H, AMAZING!! 2/7/2018

After discovering a leak outside our house a friend recommended calling S&D Plumbing. Once I called, within a day Keith H. came out and diagnosed the problem in a very short amount of time. A few hours later Keith had the problem fixed with minimum damage or repairs needed. S&D and Keith were very professional throughout the entire process and highly recommend them for any plumbing work you may need. more

Ask for Michael Rios 2/6/2018

When needing work done ask for Michael... he's the best. Kudos to S&D for Hiring and supporting our Vets. Once you meet Michael you'll understand why S&D is smart to do so. Love this company and Michael is great to work with... he knows his stuff... he explains things in a very "I'm not a plumber" way that you can understand. He was very professional and very patient. All pricing was up front. Would just like to say thanks for a positive experience!! more

I was very pleased with Michael from his initial pre-arrival phone call; to his greeting and introduction of himself on arrival; to his determination of our water heater problem and his explanation, correction, and cost of the problem. Review of Melvin 9/14/2017

Melvin is a great Ambassador for S & D plumbing. He did a great job isolated the problem and capping the hot water line that was leaking under the slab so that we could have hot water until the line was repaired. He also explained the advantage of rerouting the hot water in the ceiling rather than patching the slab. He get 5 stars and I found a plumbing company that I can trust. more

We call S&D Plumbing, to have a front yard leak fix. Mr. Dylan K showed up 30 min after we call the company. He was able to evaluate the situation and fix it really fast and in a very professional way. I hope never need a plumbing again, but if I have to, I definitely will call S&D Plumbing and ask for Dylan K. more

Love S & D Plumbing and Service Pro Dylan K. 6/19/2017

Dylan kept me informed before he arrived and throughout the entire installation process. He installed a new gas water heater and a water softer/filer system. Once here he worked tirelessly, but took the time to answer all of my questions. Dylan is very polite, friendly and timely. He is young, but I learned he started working with plumbing while still in high school. He has all his certifications, and is knowledgeable in his chosen field. He is also knowledgeable about admin issues as well. For example, warranties. I would definitely be happy to have him out again to do any plumbing work I would need. more
