Dylan kept me informed before he arrived and throughout the entire installation process. He installed a new gas water heater and a water softer/filer system. Once here he worked tirelessly, but took the time to answer all of my questions.
Dylan is very polite, friendly and timely. He is young, but I learned he started working with plumbing while still in high school. He has all his certifications, and is knowledgeable in his chosen field. He is also knowledgeable about admin issues as well. For example, warranties. I would definitely be happy to have him out again to do any plumbing work I would need.
