Rutkowski, Jack, Md - Marymount Primary Care Svc

I have been a patient for many years, and I an writing this under a different name because I choose to stay anonymous. I love my doctor don't get me wrong but as the practice gets busier is seems that the office closes in the middle of the day or doesn't open last minute according to the call service that answers, or just decide to take a long weekend which seems to be happening a lot. I thought when you become a doctor you know that long hours come with the territory. The new think for the past year is the doctor takes a week to get to his refill calls and questions. I know the girls can be rude sometimes but I do feel bad for them because they seem to scramble to get the doctor to stop and look at his messages. I called one day and the doctor was not in the office so I left a message about my medication, then I called the next day late in the after noon and he did not get to it yet but the third day he decided to take a half a day of and leave all his messages( I am sure mind was not the only one) then taking a long weekend the day after that. Monday morning he still did not get to the messages. My daughter worked for a doctors office and she said the doctors would never leave a message unread and unanswered for that amount of time. Maybe he is having personal problems I don't know but it's starting to get out of hand Dr. Jack. more

I've been seeing Dr. Rob Rutkowski and Dr. Jack when Rob is not available for years; ever since they began their practice. I have found them both to be great listeners, have always provided accurate diagnosis as well as effective treatments, have given great referrals to specialists when need be, remember details you have discussed, and genuinely care and try their best to help each and every patient. When they first opened, the length of time you had to wait was often long, but it seems that with years of experience they have scheduling more under control. The practice is always overwhelming busy which means the staff is constantly bombarded with patients in the waiting room and on the phone. Overall I think they are all very nice, but may come across as rude or abrupt on occasion if it happens to be a bad day which I think most people can relate to who have had positions in which they work with the public 40+ hours a week. more

This place is amazing. They do get busy because they are very good. If you are looking for a good doctor and can be patient that this place is for you. I recomend this urgent center to everyone I know!!! more

I called to speak with the office manager about a request that I faxed to the office. She was rude, cut me off, told me I would not be receiving what I requested, and told me that the doctor would probably not call me back because he was too busy. She made fun of me for asking a question and told me that if I did not know what a word meant that maybe I should look it up. She refused to give me her full name and told me that there was no one above her that I could speak to. Completely unprofessional. more

I have to say I went here over a year ago due to a bad cold. ( I left My G.P dr. beacuse I waited for an 1 1/2 hours to be seen and never was) Dr Jacks staff took me in right away. Ever since than I swith DR's and made Dr Jack My reg GP. I go there from time to time. I only had to wait once, no biggie, What makes Dr Jack so different than other Dr's is that he listens to YOU. It's not a run in run out kind of thing.I have great respect for him. He is a wonderfull Dr! Pros: HE IS A VERY CARING DR Cons: SOMETIMES THERE IS A LONGER WAIT TIME more

Horrible customer service, expect to wait a long time and don't ever call and ask a question the staff is extremely rude and has very little knowledge of the medical treatment plan. Pros: Doctor was nice just seemed to really be rushing through the appointment. Cons: The staff was unfriendly, not helpful, rude to serveral patients, and didn't feel like I could get care i needed. more
