I called to speak with the office manager about a request that I faxed to the office. She was rude, cut me off, told me I would not be receiving what I requested, and told me that the doctor would probably not call me back because he was too busy. She made fun of me for asking a question and told me that if I did not know what a word meant that maybe I should look it up. She refused to give me her full name and told me that there was no one above her that I could speak to. Completely unprofessional.
