I purchased my first beetle from this dealership, when it was time to get my 2nd beetle, I came back due to the excellent service. Jeff Fagen has been taking care of my cars for a long time.. everyone that I have had contact with has been exceptional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Jeff Fagen has provided wonderful service and he is the only person my wife trusts with her car - both our previous Jetta and now our new Passat. Scott Pittenger and Jason Daniels were so helpful in finding me a new car. They are great guys and you dealership made me feel comfortable. I did start out the dealership on Lemon and it just too busy and I just didn't get a good feeling about the place. But I did at your dealership and Scott and Jason are great employees.\r \r I work in customer service for the last 20 years and that is one thing I look for when I go anywhere. more

I was shopping for a Volkswagen Jetta via the internet. I called your dealership and was greeted by Scott Pittenger. Mr. Pittenger was very gracious and informative, but his excellent service did not end there. Mr. Pittenger was nice enough to drive the auto I was interested in to me: a good 70+ miles, as I could not b trading a vehicle in you can't imagine how this helped me out. \r \r You truly have a rare and valuable asset in Mr. Pittenger. His attention to customer service has made a lifelong customer out of me and i intend to refer my family friends, and customers to him and your dealership for their auto needs. more

I was very pleased with our service, not only from Rusty Wallis Volkswagen, but from Scott Pittenger, last week, when I purchased a vehicle there. My father and I worked with may VW dealerships in the Dallas area and finally decided that Rusty Wallis Volkswagen provided the best service and a very approachable attitude. I was extremely at ease working with Mr. Pittenger and knew that he was giving us the ""most for our money"". I am definitely going to be recommending Mr. Pittenger and Rusty Wallis dealership to friends and family. more

I negotiated a purchase with Scott over the phone, came in and signed the paperwork, which took less than 15 minutes and was on my way. Then he delivered the car to my daughter (with balloons tied to the mirrors) and took specal care to explain the car's features. He made my 16 year old daughter feel very cofortable and special. I consider this to be my best car buying experience. Scott's the best! more

Purchased a 2004 Passat Wagon 5 weeks ago. I went to the dealership today to discuss the terms of the purchase agreement....at time of purchase, I was told that it was certified when, in fact, it was not. I was there to seek clarification of the warranty terms, etc... I was concerned about the integrity of the vehicle as I am having problems and have yet to even pay the first note on it. The outcome of my visit to Rusty Wallis and meeting with the general manager, Rusty... here it is summed up by quoting Rusty the general manager, ""buyer beware."" BUYER BEWARE, he says. The general manager, head of all departments, service department, customer service department tells a consumer that they should have practiced, ""buyer beware!""
