Purchased a 2004 Passat Wagon 5 weeks ago. I went to the dealership today to discuss the terms of the purchase agreement....at time of purchase, I was told that it was certified when, in fact, it was not. I was there to seek clarification of the warranty terms, etc... I was concerned about the integrity of the vehicle as I am having problems and have yet to even pay the first note on it. The outcome of my visit to Rusty Wallis and meeting with the general manager, Rusty... here it is summed up by quoting Rusty the general manager, "buyer beware." BUYER BEWARE, he says.
