I felt like after they got my money, they were through assisting me. I actually fell cheated. I would NEVER return. Pros: Close by Cons: Rude, ignored

Aaron was terrific. It was the firs time I met her and she was totally professional and efficient. I took it in for a tire pressure light. She noticed that I had my registration sticker in the car but not put on yet and she asked if I wanted to go ahead and have it inspected and put the stickers on. I had no idea that I could get my car inspected at the dealership. Done. more

I was leaving for a trip to New Orleans the day my car broke. I called the dealership 2 and a half hours before closing time. They were willing to try to get the car done in that short amount of time. They then were able to do it. The service people went above and beyond. It was fabulous. The price was cheaper than we expected also. What a bonus!! more

This is the third or fourth time I have used Rusty Wallis and I always have a great experience. There is other dealerships that are much closer to my home but I keep coming back to Rusty Wallis because of the friendly and honest staff. Evan Steele is a great service advisor who keeps you updated while your car is being worked on and takes the time to explain everything. more

Evan took my car on very short notice on the day I needed. Everyone accomodated my crazy work schedule and made me feel like their only customer! Seemed pricey for a checkup, but I love my Volkswagon! The alignment price was very reasonable. more

Henry Horton is a courteous willing to go out of his way in order to satisfy a customer, sales representative. I am very thankful that he was able to assist. I should say rather willing to assist me at 5:55pm on a Thursday evening. I actually didn't think anyone would come out and help me since the timing wasn't great and although I left around 10:30ish I was able to test drive, read the docs I was signing off on, have some thought put into my investment and even have the sales consultant listen to what my concerns were in a vehicle comparison. more
