Russell Fischer Bella Terra Car Wash

No one seems to be watching the employees, they do crappy work and no one checks it, they bring their kids to work and let them scream while you wait. They leave cars wet, water spots all over, dirt on steering wheel. There are scratches on my car and they say oh they were already there. Every time I go there someone is complaining they paid for wax and didn't get it. I have gone there with my husband for 10 years but lately the service is bad and the employees are not supervised, I don't see how they can stay in business. more

I have lived in the beautiful city of Huntington Beach for over 30 years. This car wash has been my favorite since it opened. It is clean , modern and service is good. I have always been a ""coupon cutter"" and have used their ""Gold Package"" $12.99 coupon to have my vehicles washed and waxed here. This coupon among other things offers sealer wax etc. Everytime a vehicle passes thru the wash process, lights flesh when wax is applied. On two occasions recently, I happened to watch my car passing thru the wash process. No wax was applied. I reported and the vehicle was run thru again. Is this just an ""oversight"" ? I don't believe so. Coupon cutters are being short changed. This coupon also includes choice of air-freshner. I don't care about cheap scents but no one asked me about my choice. If you are a ""coupon"" customer or even paying full price, watch your car going thru the wash process from the window in the hall way. You may be getting short changed. Sseth151 more

I wanted to express how consistently happy I have been each time I have had our cars washed here. I'm going to ask my friends for gift cards if they ask. They are very good at streamlining a package that fits your needs and the workers pay extra attention to detail. Yolanda did a superb job on my husband's car today. You won't be disappointed. There are often coupons in the pennysaver or mailers to get an even better deal. more
