I have lived in the beautiful city of Huntington Beach for over 30 years. This car wash has been my favorite since it opened. It is clean , modern and service is good. I have always been a ""coupon cutter"" and have used their ""Gold Package"" $12.99 coupon to have my vehicles washed and waxed here. This coupon among other things offers sealer wax etc. Everytime a vehicle passes thru the wash process, lights flesh when wax is applied. On two occasions recently, I happened to watch my car passing thru the wash process. No wax was applied. I reported and the vehicle was run thru again. Is this just an ""oversight"" ? I don't believe so. Coupon cutters are being short changed. This coupon also includes choice of air-freshner. I don't care about cheap scents but no one asked me about my choice. If you are a ""coupon"" customer or even paying full price, watch your car going thru the wash process from the window in the hall way. You may be getting short changed.
