Brandon Chestnutt was very pleasant, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He put me in a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced and called to inform me that my vehicle was ready before the expected time. My thanks to Brandon, my technician and the young lady who put me in the loaner vehicle. It was a very nice ride. Even though it seemed that the staff was overloaded with customers when I was there, they still did a great job and maintained a welcoming and fast moving service. They all did a great job and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good experience. more

I was very satisfied with all the following items of my dealer experience. My customer service consultant. I was greeted at the door and I was not swarmed as soon as I drove onto the lot. I was satisfied with the service experience. Not only with the customer service, but also with the service department. They looked at the car I brought in to trade and they were fair with their offer. It was fast and convenient. I was also pleased with the follow up that this dealership gave me. At Russel Mazda they take the customers needs into consideration and even sent us a Christmas card after we purchased our car. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. more

When I bought my car at Russel Volkswagen the team that I worked with was so helpful. They listened to my needs from the get go and found the perfect car for me to purchase. I went in knowing how much I wanted to pay. I told them the needs and wishes on my list. They sat me down and together we found a car that was in my budget, met all my needs, and helped them make a little money. Outstanding Customer Service 9/17/2010

What an outstanding customer service I had at Russel Mazda, my sales consultant was Jorge c. and he was great! As soon as I walked in he greeted me and automatically wanted to know what I needed, and what I needed was a car! Not only did he show me the car but we also test drove it. We drove a Mazda 3 Sports Sedan and I loved it! While we were driving it he was telling me about the special things about it and how it?s so easy to maintain it. Once we got back at the dealership he wanted to know what I thought and if it was something I was looking for and of course I said yes! The process was so simple! Thanks guys! more

Service at Russel has improved greatly in the past few year 9/8/2010

I just want to say a good word about the fellow who washed my car this past Tuesday. When taking my car to be washed, he noticed that the air pressure was low on my 07 Jetta. He went ahead and added pressure to the point where the alert light went out. This is the second time he has done this and it is very much appreciated.Service like this creates a very favorable impression for Russel and should be rewarded. I don't know the fellow's name but he has always been quite pleasant when washing our car and when transporting us to and from the shop. Service at Russel has improved greatly in the past few years, and it is people like your attendant that will bring us back when we are ready to buy another car! more

My sales consultant Bob Rickelmann was exceedingly helpful in my purchase of my RX-8. He promptly met me at the door, arranged an immediate test drive, took me thru the particulars of the car. Worked up a fair sales price and arranged a shuttle so I could take same day delivery of the car. The next week he followed up with notification that the options I wanted installed were available.
