I just want to say a good word about the fellow who washed my car this past Tuesday. When taking my car to be washed, he noticed that the air pressure was low on my 07 Jetta. He went ahead and added pressure to the point where the alert light went out. This is the second time he has done this and it is very much appreciated.Service like this creates a very favorable impression for Russel and should be rewarded. I don't know the fellow's name but he has always been quite pleasant when washing our car and when transporting us to and from the shop. Service at Russel has improved greatly in the past few years, and it is people like your attendant that will bring us back when we are ready to buy another car!
