I went to Rush Copy and Print for the first time a few years ago and I've been coming back ever since! Their work is very well executed, it's always on time, and they go out of their way to make sure I get exactly what I want. They always have some sort of great promotional deal going on (especially for headshots)...I've recommended a lot of my actor friends to them for headshots and they always like the results. My order took much longer than originally quoted to me, they could never find my order or remember who I was when I called in, they never called to update me on the status of my proof, they jacked the price up on my total order, and the woman answering the phone actually hung up on me once. (I had called in to check the status of my order because, by our oringinal agreement, I should have been able to come pick it up. As I hadn't even seen a proof yet, I was concerned. After taking a few minutes to actually remember who I was, she asked me, "Have you seen a proof yet?" "No...", I said. "Then it's not ready." *Click*.)
