My order took much longer than originally quoted to me, they could never find my order or remember who I was when I called in, they never called to update me on the status of my proof, they jacked the price up on my total order, and the woman answering the phone actually hung up on me once. (I had called in to check the status of my order because, by our oringinal agreement, I should have been able to come pick it up. As I hadn't even seen a proof yet, I was concerned. After taking a few minutes to actually remember who I was, she asked me, "Have you seen a proof yet?" "No...", I said. "Then it's not ready." *Click*.)
The product looked fine, but I was late with it and it caused WAY more stress then it needed to.
Cons: practically non-exsistant customer service
