I love the RUSH! They are so helpful when it comes to answering questions about fitness. There is a huge Cardio area with an assortment of machines. You can choose from treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, rowing machines,, and more! If cardio machines aren't your thing, they have a basketball court, indoor lap pool, and a Jump Shot game with a trampoline and basketball goals. It's a great way to get your heart rate up and not feel like you are working out at all!
If classes are more for you, they have those too! You can take yoga, pilates, spinning, abs classes, sculpting classes, aerobics classes, and circuit training classes to name a few.
Once you are done with your cardio, you can head over to the strength training area. They have a huge assortment of weight machines to choose from, as well as free weights.
The locker rooms are very spacious and clean. You can shower and change before heading out.
Be sure to check out their smoothie bar before you leave to keep your energy up!
