I have been going to Erica for highlights and I couldn't be more pleased with my color. She is consistent and always takes her time and the end result is great. I love my color and would always go back to Rumm. Everyone there is very professional and friendly....great salon! Pros: Erica always takes her time to make you look your best! more

Best Salon in Town! 3/18/2009

After moving to Atlanta I had a very hard time finding a salon that I did not have to worry each time I got my hair done how I would look when I left until I found RuMM! I have been going to Meghan & Millie for years now and would never get my hair done by anyone else. Each time I get my hair done it looks great! With other stylists in the past I would have to wait a week or two for the color to adjust or the cut to grow but not the case at RuMM!!!!!!!! I love them! I have recommended all of my friends and they love them also! GREAT SALON! Pros: My hair looks great everytime! Cons: NONE! more

I have been having Erica cut and color my hair for several years now. She's the best! She always does exactly what I tell her to do, and has also had some great ideas for me when I am not sure what I want to do. She always gives me great color as well! Everyone is sweet there. I'm always happy when I leave! more

Sophisticated, alluring, talk of the town! 3/16/2009

I have had Erica cut and color my hair for the last 3-4 years. When she hasn't been available, Irina, Megan or Lauren have taken over! Never, ever, have I left there with a break down in communication and anything less than what I wanted or in some cases, envisioned in a picture! They are professionals who communicate well among each other, ensuring that you get consistent, quality, pampering service every time. Whether you want to try something new, or stick to what you are comfortable with, they have the experience to make it happen! Why go anywhere else? Pros: Leading edge, consistently competent stylists Cons: Don't go if you don't want to be pampered! more

Well Worth it!! 3/15/2009

I have finally found my salon! I started going to RuMM about a year ago for my color. I go to Millie or Russell--they do the exact same quality of work so when one is gone you can count on the other one to know exactly what to do. They are not cheap, but "you get what you pay for" which is LONG LASTING color!. At previous salons, I was touching up my highlights every month or so and now I can wait at least 2 months which in the long run is cheaper. The cutters are amazing too. I go to Lauren and get great results!! Pros: best colorists around; not a "factory" salon Cons: they book up fast! more

Erica Tothill is the best! 3/12/2009

I love RuMM Color Studio - every time I go there I have an excellent experience. Everyone is so friendly and professional! My hair stylist is Erica Tothill, and I love how she does my hair. I have always had a hard time finding someone I like but I have finally found the perfect salon. I get highlights and haircuts with Erica and they both look great. I have gotten so many compliments! It is definitely the best salon I have been to in years - it's a keeper. Thanks Erica. more

The stylists are tremendous. My entire family goes to RuMM color studio. Treated kindly by every member of the staff. This is the best salon I've been to in my entire life. I highly recommend Erica Tothill as well. Pros: Great Stylists, excellent customer service, pretty women! Cons: No additional services other than cut and color. more

Best Around! 3/11/2009

I have been to many salons in the area and could never find the right salon. Until I went to RuMM! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt immediately at ease. Everyone is warm, friendly and down to earth. I started going to Millie to fix a disastrous "at-home" color job. She was very honest about what we could do and told me it would be a process. However, I walked out THAT DAY with beautiful hair color. Now, my hair is the healthiest it has ever been and I receive compliments all the time on my hair! She sent me to Layla for a cut and my hair has never looked better! I've never seen a bad cut or color walk out of RuMM. They are Alpharetta's best kept secret!! Pros: atmosphere; super talented stylists and colorists more

Laid-back atmosphere with expert stylists. 3/11/2009

I always enjoy every visit to RuMM Color Studio. The decor is sophisticated and stylish, and the atmosphere is warm, friendly and laid-back. The salon is a nice size - not the giant factory packed with stylists... so your experience is personal, and fun. I have always loved the Prive line they carry, but you can always trust that they will be using the latest and greatest hair products out there. I have only left RuMM looking fabulous; consistent cuts and color every time. Erica does a fantastic job, but I would gladly have ANYONE there do my hair. The Hair Goddess at RuMM--- Erica Tothill 3/11/2009

I have my hair colored and cut by Erica Tothill. She has been with me for over 3 years. I have never had such fabulous hair!! She uses a 3 color process that makes my very blah hair color look exactly like it did when I was 12... golden blonde with natural highlights.... No one can tell( not even my hubby and family) that I have "done" my hair unless I tell them I have gone to the magic "hair goddess!!!". My cut is fabulous and Erica knows exactly what will work with my face structure and skin coloring...she is simply the best...Thank you hair goddess!!! Pros: fabulous place, great music, fun atmosphere Cons: do not have long lounges for me to take a nap in while my children are at school. more

They are the best...they take their time and try to find out exactly what you're looking for in hair color. Now...if they could just figure out a way not to make the grey come back! more

I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! 3/10/2009

Ok people...you can't go anywhere else to get your hair done. Millie has been doing my color for 5 years now. If needed, I'd give up my firstborn just to be able to afford going to RuMM! LOL...just joking. But seriously, Millie is a color GENIUS and since I started utilizing her color services 5 years ago, I haven't let another touch my hair! Up until that point, I had never found someone whose skill even came close to Millie's! Thanks to Millie, my hair always looks amazing. I have never once been disappointed with the job she has done. My husband even says he loves it...and he pays for it! Haha! I am complimented on my hair all the time. RuMM Color Studio is a beautiful salon and is a warm and fun environment. Your search for the perfect hair salon has come to an end! RuMM Color Studio!!!!!!!!! Yeah baby! Pros: Flipping amazing results Cons: That I can't have the staff of RuMM fix my hair on a daily basis :( more

Best Salon in Georgia! 2/1/2009

Russell has been my colorist for over 8 years and Erica has done my cuts for almost as long. My hair always looks great and I owe that to Russell and to Erica. I have very fine, light brown hair. Russell usually uses two or three colors of highlights and low lights resulting in a natural look with just the right mix of blonde and light brown colors. Just last night someone told me that they thought my hair was naturally this color! I laughed and told her to go to Russell at RuMM! I truly think that Russell is the very best colorist that you will find anywhere! Erica is the most talented person that I?ve ever known as far as my haircut. She really has a way of knowing what will look great on anybody. I have long layers throughout and because of her work the result is always fabulous and really easy to style! Pros: Friendly, talented staff, great products! Cons: None more

Love this Salon! 1/13/2009

I highly recommend RuMM! Meredith gives me the best cuts and Millie gets my color just right. I look forward to my time with them and wish I could just take them home with me! I have very very thick long hair so a lot of patience and expertise is needed to do me and they have it! Pros: expertise, never been disappointed in the results Cons: location is not too close to where I live, prices are up there but I think worth it more

Best cut and color! 12/18/2008

Irina has been my stylist for over 5 years now and I have never been disappointed. She always does an amazing job whether it?s a new style or just a touch-up. My hair has never looked better or healthier. Irina always listens to what you?re looking for and always makes helpful suggestions based on the shape of your face or skin tone or when you?re simply all out of ideas. I always get compliments on my hair, even weeks after it?s been done. more

Going Natural? Go to RuMM!! 12/17/2008

RuMM was recommended to me when I decided to let my hair go to its natural gray (white) after years of coloring. I met with Millie and Russell for a consult, and was instantly comfortable and relaxed about my decision. Not only were they very encouraging, but the entire staff was friendly, down-to-earth, and talented! It is obvious that all of them love what they do. Millie and Meghan took on my "project", but I was also very impressed with the "up and coming" younger members of the staff - who are so enthusiastic, genuinely interested, and excited to learn more about their craft. I knew I was in good hands at RuMM! I never felt like I was looking older throughout the process - instead I felt like I was looking better and better with each visit! Millie and Meghan both were so wonderful about listening to my concerns and to my ideas. If you are thinking of letting your hair "go natural", GO TO RuMM!!! They will keep you looking great through the whole process! You will love them, and you will LOVE your hair!!!! more

Enter this totally hip, clean, wonderfully decorated salon and you are in for a fabulous expereience! As a former hairdresser, I can attest to the fact that with the combination of using high-qualtiy haircolor products and superior skill, Master Colorist Russell Baggett is the best colorist I've ever been to! He has made my highlighted hair look the best it has ever looked, and lasted much longer between services!
