I visited this salon today for the first time. I waited all day because the Receptionist told me Russell (one of the owners) was great. I arrived on time with a picture of the hair color I was shooting for. He barely looked at the picture, sat me down in a chair that faced a wall (no mirror) and started brushing my hair. He asked me what it was that I didn't like about the current color and I told him for the second time that it was brassy and did not match my skin tone. He then asked me to leave. I kid you not that was the whole story in a nutshell. I have no idea why he didn't want to make the $200 or $300 he would have wanted but he didn't. I guess he was not as good as the receptionist said he was and wasn't up for a challenge. He wasted my time and since he was the owner I guess he felt he could do that to a customer. It was unprofessional and shocking. However, I am glad he kicked me out because if being nice to him got me kicked out what would have happened if he messed it up and I didn't like it.
