RuMM was recommended to me when I decided to let my hair go to its natural gray (white) after years of coloring. I met with Millie and Russell for a consult, and was instantly comfortable and relaxed about my decision. Not only were they very encouraging, but the entire staff was friendly, down-to-earth, and talented! It is obvious that all of them love what they do. Millie and Meghan took on my "project", but I was also very impressed with the "up and coming" younger members of the staff - who are so enthusiastic, genuinely interested, and excited to learn more about their craft. I knew I was in good hands at RuMM! I never felt like I was looking older throughout the process - instead I felt like I was looking better and better with each visit! Millie and Meghan both were so wonderful about listening to my concerns and to my ideas. If you are thinking of letting your hair "go natural", GO TO RuMM!!! They will keep you looking great through the whole process! You will love them, and you will LOVE your hair!!!!
