The store is small and quaint...Not at all like the fabulous sophisticated diamonds I wore for my rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. I get stopped all of the time about my engagement and wedding band. Which were both custom made by Mitchell Rubin. The service is personal and down to earth not what you would typically receive from a bigger chain store. My fiance was very pleased with the quality. The prices are significantly cheaper than chain stores who price their items to pay their ridiculous employee and advertising fees. more

When I walked in (2006)wanting to upgrade the main stone in my wedding ring, I was first greeted warmly by the bros' father. Once I spoke to Mitch, told him what I was looking for, he stated he would give me a call once he sourced it. A couple of months passed & no call (hence 4 star service). When I walked in & reminded him, he searched his notes, apologized, found a stone immediately & sold it at cost. They also placed a new setting without extra cost in a timely manner. I've ordered diamond necklaces through Darren and had my jewelry cleaned while waiting. They've always been cordial and I find very knowledgable. I've since relocated, but am hesitant to go anywhere else. And no, I'm not an employee nor appear to come from money. more

We have recently purchased a ring from Rubin Brothers. One of the things that I really love about Rubin Brothers is their creativity with commitment to quality. I recently found a ring that I liked on Ebay but I was concerned about buying jewelry from someone that I did not know. We have been shopping at Rubin Brothers for several years. So, I took the picture of the ring I wanted and requested them make it for me. It turned out beautiful, better quality, for little less than I was going to pay online. This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to and I am extremely happy with their service with both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. They don't harass you until you want to run away and they truly work with your budget. Both brothers are very knowledgeable and the other associates are very helpful as well. We were referred by a friend and we were not disappointed. The pricing for what you get is amazing. We felt like it was extremely low stress and they were not pushy. They explained everything and were very friendly. We ended up not settling and getting my dream ring for far less than I thought!!
