When I walked in (2006)wanting to upgrade the main stone in my wedding ring, I was first greeted warmly by the bros' father. Once I spoke to Mitch, told him what I was looking for, he stated he would give me a call once he sourced it. A couple of months passed & no call (hence 4 star service). When I walked in & reminded him, he searched his notes, apologized, found a stone immediately & sold it at cost. They also placed a new setting without extra cost in a timely manner. I've ordered diamond necklaces through Darren and had my jewelry cleaned while waiting. They've always been cordial and I find very knowledgable. I've since relocated, but am hesitant to go anywhere else. And no, I'm not an employee nor appear to come from money.
