The office looked professional and I was greeted immediately upon arriving and offered a drink. They made me complete a basic form(pretty standard for Real Estate) and then sat me down to make inquiries to what I was looking for and what my budget was. The agent(Russell) was very down to earth, knew the area and explained what was available within my budget range. I had asked about the NO-FEE properties because that was what I had seen on Craigslist and he explained that my budget was a little short for the properties that benefited from this service. He did offer to show me properties within my range that included a fee and explained that he would be happy to work with me to see if there was a way of getting the fee to a figure that I was comfortable with. We viewed some properties in Astoria and I have submitted an application for one of their exclusive listings. I was glad I went to check them out for my self. I would happily recommend them. more

This is a great place with laid back workers who actually get the job done. I don't know what more anyone could ask for. Only downside I found was that I didn't know about this place when I was looking for an apartment with my roommate 2 years ago. Bottom line, we dealt with a horrible agency. We could've saved a lot of money on the apartment and aspirin if we would've found Royalton in the beginning. more

I actually went to this place by recommendation of a friend and was surprised at how happy I was with the experience. I have dealt with other agencies before and haven't felt as if they actually cared. This agency actually sent texts as well as e-mails and follow-up calls. I will recommend this place to all of my friends who are looking for apartments =] more
