The office looked professional and I was greeted immediately upon arriving and offered a drink. They made me complete a basic form(pretty standard for Real Estate) and then sat me down to make inquiries to what I was looking for and what my budget was.
The agent(Russell) was very down to earth, knew the area and explained what was available within my budget range. I had asked about the NO-FEE properties because that was what I had seen on Craigslist and he explained that my budget was a little short for the properties that benefited from this service.
He did offer to show me properties within my range that included a fee and explained that he would be happy to work with me to see if there was a way of getting the fee to a figure that I was comfortable with.
We viewed some properties in Astoria and I have submitted an application for one of their exclusive listings.
I was glad I went to check them out for my self. I would happily recommend them.
