As far as window covering services in New York City go, I would definitely recommend Royal Window Treatment. I've dealt with three other companies in buildings that I have managed and none of them can match what Royal Window Treatment is offering. They're the best I've come across. more

I had the windows in my apartment handled by Royal Window Treatment. I've got a house in New York City and am pretty busy, so I didn't really have time to shop around much but still didn't want to get ripped off. There are tons of businesses in this city that charge way more than they should legally be allowed. That said, Royal Window Treatment did a great job and provided their services at a price that was reasonable. The window coverings they provided were elegant and practical. What's more, the whole process was completed very quickly, with installation taking place not long after I contacted Royal Window Treatment. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the Manhattan area.\r more

Great Job 6/12/2013

I was in need of new blinds at my upper east side apartment, Royal had some great ideas for my oversized windows. I opted to go with Motorized Solar Shades in my LR & DR and Blackout Motorized Shades in my bedroom. Within 3 weeks it was all completed. Throughout the whole process they updated me weekly via email re the status of the order. The installers were great & very polite. It was a pleasure to work with Royal Window Treatments. more

Great Experience, Great Product 12/1/2011

I have been rennovating my apartment and I was looking for motorized shades. I called Royal Window Treatments on a Thursday and they came the next day. Dave was amazing! We discussed the look and feel of my apartment and in less than an hour decided on the fabric and design. They were ready in 4 weeks and installed in a couple of hours. Dave even came and did the installation with his installer. I was treated like royalty...The whole process was professional and painless. I love my shades!!!! Claudia more

My wife and I had just moved into a home and we were looking for some window treatments. We called around, Royal Window Treatments came in, and Dave was the person who came in. He was very helpful with us. He made some recommendations to us, even more so than any of the other companies. He worked with us, and we were happy with treatments. more

Great experience, first time buyer! 11/10/2011

Recently moved to an apartment in Manhattan, and needed window treatment for my whole apartment. This was my first time purchasing window treatments and I have to say, the whole proccess was plesant from the free in home consultation to the installtion. David provided a variety of samples during the consultation, was very nice and gave me a fair estimate. Everything was installed as promised, no extra charges or hidden fees. I would use them again and also highly recommend them for all window treatments. more

My experience with Royal Window treatments was pretty seamless. David was great. he came to my house in Brooklyn to show me the product samples and worked with me to find something withing my budget. About a month later he came back and installed everything in 10 minutes flat. The treatments are really nice looking and give the room a classy polish. The only slight drawback was the treatments usually take 2-3 weeks to make, and in our case it was more like 4. In the meantime someone in our coop called the president to complain about our temporary paper. blinds. Oh well, if you want something nice looking and customized for your windows, I suppose you have to be willing to wait. I would definitely use this service again. Pros: Good service, convenient, good products Cons: takes a long time to get the products more

Great end result for curtain installation 2/8/2010

I needed custom curtains for my home in two rooms, and they provided great options, a high quality product, and very efficient and clean installation. There were a couple hiccups - they didn't think to bring fabric samples the first time they came over, and when they were supposed to install the blinds there was a scheduling snafu. I'm very happy with the end result and would use them again easily, but especially for this higher end offering the miscommunication on their end was frustrating. Pros: Quality of curtains, end result, installation Cons: Communication difficulties more
