My experience with Royal Window treatments was pretty seamless. David was great. he came to my house in Brooklyn to show me the product samples and worked with me to find something withing my budget.
About a month later he came back and installed everything in 10 minutes flat. The treatments are really nice looking and give the room a classy polish. The only slight drawback was the treatments usually take 2-3 weeks to make, and in our case it was more like 4. In the meantime someone in our coop called the president to complain about our temporary paper. blinds. Oh well, if you want something nice looking and customized for your windows, I suppose you have to be willing to wait. I would definitely use this service again.
Pros: Good service, convenient, good products
Cons: takes a long time to get the products
