When I first used Royal Steamers we purchased a property that had horrible carpet that I was sure we would need to replace due to pets left unattended and other stains but when they came out Mr. Feathers assured us he could get the carpet like new again. He wasn't going to charge for the rooms that he couldn't save so we had nothing to lose. When he finished we didn't have to replace any carpet, not only was it clean but it didn't smell bad anymore!!!! I would highly recommend them as I found them affordable, professional and on time for the appointment. more

Royal Steamers provides excellent carpet cleaning. I have had first hand experience with this business. Royal provided excellent customer service. He was very professional. The carpet look brand new when he completed the job and he removed the pet odors. I would recommended Royal Steamers to anyone that needs their carpet cleaned and YES I would use his service again! more

Tried to use Royal Steamers to clean my carpet in my house back in August. I had a scheduled appointment and no one ever showed up for the appointment. I called for over a WEEK with phone going straight to voice mail. After finally getting in touch with Royal, the owner, he said that his van was in the shop with transmission problems. Question is why did I have to call them back for over a WEEK? Why did someone not call to reschedule? I do not see how they stay in business. Would never use or recommend this company!!! more

I highly recommend Royal Steamers. I was 100% satisfied from start to finish. Strong customer service is obviously a high priority for this company. Scheduling was quick and easy – The owner (Royal) was friendly and professional, and the prices are very reasonable. I needed a really good carpet cleaning - we were about to put our House on the market, and really did not want to spend the money for new carpets. Royal was very helpful in scheduling the appointment in to meet our schedule, even though I did not have time to be there myself. The owner, Royal, let himself into the house, cleaned and even gave me a call when he was done. Once I did get to see the carpets, I was completely floored by the results. He did a better job than any of the other carpets cleaners we had tried over the years, and got out spots that I thought were permanent. I was amazed that they took the time needed to get the work done right. The best part is, they not only got my light colored carpets looking like new, but guaranteed the work. He even said to give it a week, and if any stains came back we should give Him a call and they would come back and take care of it free of charge. I only wish we had found them sooner. Anyhow, happy ending - we did not have to buy new carpets, and I now have a great carpet cleaner for our new house! Thanks ROYAL STEAMERS more

I met Royal Feathers back in 2005 when I had purchased a house that the Berber carpets had been totally ruined by 4 children and 3 cats. Upon calling and his answer he assured me that he could clean the carpets and more specifically that the pet odor and stains were an assurance. The black marks on the Berber in the hallway, he told me he had some ideas and woud do all that could be done. Of course the whole house was not a problem for him and the stains were removed after he tried the third cleaning solution on it. Since this time I have called Royal Steamers to return to clean the carpets in my home every six months and give him the credit for a superior job. Thanks Royal! more

We rent a townhouse and I don't think the landlord has ever had the carpets properly cleaned. We have a high traffic house, with a dog, a toddler and a teenager. I called Royal Steames and Royal was professional and friendly on the phone when calling me back to schedule the appointment. Royal also called the day of, about an hour before the appointment to let me know when he would be arriving (on time!). He did a great job getting these old carpets looking brand new. I am totally satisfied with the service provided. more
