I had Royal Steamers come out to clean my super dirty living room carpet, stairs and upstairs hallway on October 7, 2010. We rent a townhouse and I don't think the landlord has ever had the carpets properly cleaned. We have a high traffic house, with a dog, a toddler and a teenager. I called Royal Steames and Royal was professional and friendly on the phone when calling me back to schedule the appointment. Royal also called the day of, about an hour before the appointment to let me know when he would be arriving (on time!). He did a great job getting these old carpets looking brand new. I am totally satisfied with the service provided.
Top notch customer service, very friendly and true to his word. I will be using Royal Steamers from now on, and telling my friends to call them too!
