Had a terrible time in their service shop. Not worth it. Never again.
I had an appointment on Monday at 8 am. It is now 11:00 am on Wednesday. They still have my car. No one has even looked at it. No one has worked on it. They told me this.
Tim O'Brien, Service Supervisor 636-207-2937, has had my car for three days to check an odd engine noise. Three whole days. I scheduled my appointment a week before.
"Sure, your appointment is at 8 am on Monday."
Now I get being busy, having a back log. I fully expected them to get to my car later in the day, I was even cool about them needing to keep it overnight. But three days!? And no one has even looked at it? If I make an appointment, I am telling people that this is the convenient time to bring in a vehicle. If it is inconvenient, say, wait three days inconvenient, then I would instead arrange the appointment three days later, when there was apparently actual time.
Tim O'Brien passed the car off to another management team led by a man named Kurt 314-393-1883 today. They have provided me with a rental car, but I work for a living, I can't move materials with a Kia. They also refuse to reimburse me for the rental insurance. Whether they find what is wrong, how much or how little, I am never using their shop again and I recommend you do not buy from Royal Gate Dodge because the warranty will require you to get repairs in this shop.
