Friendly, no pressure service. Good deal on trade-in. 5/31/2011

I decided to try Royal Buick GMC Cadillac Tucson because my mother had had a good experience there and suggested I consider them. I ended up trading in a crappy car and they gave me more than I dreamed anyone would give me for it. I almost never trade, but this deal I couldn't refuse. Royal offers good service in a friendly, low pressure environment. Christian, the salesman, treated me well. I would recommend them, and would use them again myself. more

I was impressed with the reception I got. They answered all my questions and went through everything about car. 5/17/2011

I decided to use my GM bonds to buy American, instead of cashing them in, so I went to Royal Buick GMC Cadillac Tucson. I took my wife into the showroom, where we looked at 4 or 5 different models and went for a test drive. We told the salesman what we wanted, put a small amount down, and he ordered us a custom model that arrived 4 or 5 weeks later. I like the way I was treated over the weeks I waited for the car to be shipped. And when it arrived, it came in exactly as I ordered it. I only use dealer service, and I look forward to going back in in a few days for my first 1,000 miles check-up. more
