I decided to use my GM bonds to buy American, instead of cashing them in, so I went to Royal Buick GMC Cadillac Tucson. I took my wife into the showroom, where we looked at 4 or 5 different models and went for a test drive. We told the salesman what we wanted, put a small amount down, and he ordered us a custom model that arrived 4 or 5 weeks later.
I like the way I was treated over the weeks I waited for the car to be shipped. And when it arrived, it came in exactly as I ordered it. I only use dealer service, and I look forward to going back in in a few days for my first 1,000 miles check-up.
