Service Pro, Mr. Jose, from Rowland Air did the complimentary service on my new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was professional and kept me posted on his arrival time. He was friendly, polite, smartly dressed, and thorough in servicing the furnace and air conditioner, and he explained everything to me. I highly recommend using Rowland Air because of their profession wonderful workers. Excellent Company more

Rowland Air is an excellent company! 8/17/2018

Our great experience started with Brett, who met with us and clearly explained our options and costs for a new a/c & heating system. He even delivered a portable a/c unit to use until we were up and running with our new system. The system was installed by Jeff, Curtis and Billy. The work was done efficiently and Jeff was very professional and courteous. We will definitely recommend Rowland Air! more

Fantastic job and super professional 8/5/2018

Marcos, Ray, and Alano installed our new air conditioning system during a super hot streak when I'm sure they were super busy. They did the entire job in only 2 days but the best part was their professionalism. All three were constantly checking in with me to make sure the correct parts were being installed and the details of the installation were confirmed. Protection of our furniture was well done and clean up at the end of both days was immaculate. Based on our experience we have recommended Rowland Air to several friends already. more

Review for service by Jose A. on 7/17/18 7/17/2018

Jose called ahead to alert me to his arrival. He came promptly and was neat and polite. I explained the problem and he went up the ladder and began to work on the A/C. I observed him from the lawn so he kept me posted on what he was finding. He easily found the problem, replaced the defective part, cleaned and closed up the unit and met me on the ground in front of the house where we settled accounts. Jose was a pleasure to deal with and I recommend him highly. more

Great Air Conditioning Company Installtion 7/16/2018

I would like to thank Mike the Manager for expediting my installation of my new HVAC system. Also the Installation team of Marcos, Ray and Alano were amazing. They were very professional and made the experience great. I would recommend Roland Air for repairs and upgrades to a home HVAC system. more

Rick is a life saver 7/16/2018

Rick Caron of Rowland Air came out this morning at 10:30 (appointment was for between 12 and 3) and he quickly diagnosed why we were not getting cold air and fixed it. He was very friendly and explained thoroughly everything he was doing to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Rick to everyone. Dave Hall more

Most informative service tech! 4/9/2018

There was no secret with Jessie. He explained the A/C inspection and service he performed in detail. Very informative. I think he has been the most detailed to perform seasonal inspection so far. He I the only one to take photos. Perhaps this is a new step company wide. more
