Jose called ahead to alert me to his arrival. He came promptly and was neat and polite. I explained the problem and he went up the ladder and began to work on the A/C. I observed him from the lawn so he kept me posted on what he was finding. He easily found the problem, replaced the defective part, cleaned and closed up the unit and met me on the ground in front of the house where we settled accounts. Jose was a pleasure to deal with and I recommend him highly.
